People & Leadership Expert / Project Manager

Isabell Löschner is a project manager and HR professional in the field of People & Leadership at Siemens Healthineers. As project lead, she is currently driving the roll-out of a new global approach to employee engagement at Siemens Healthineers including supporting IT solutions. In previous roles she has gained experience in a number of strategic people topics such as performance management and talent development as well as HR related IT implementations. She holds a PhD in Sociology from the London School of Economics and Bachelor and Master Degrees in Management from Lancaster University.
